Updated July 17, 2026 Package: com.sdmv.fakegps No account required

Privacy at a glance

No physical-location permission

The app does not request access to your device's real GPS location.

Coordinates stored locally

Your last selected simulated position remains on your device until app data is cleared.

Ads and analytics disclosed

Google services process limited app, device, advertising, and usage information.

No SDMV account or database

SDMV does not operate an account system or remote database for your routes.

01

Scope and operator

This Privacy Policy applies to the Android application Fake GPS - Inertia Joystick, package name com.sdmv.fakegps, provided by SDMV. It also describes this supporting website at fake-gps.sdmv.my.id.

SDMV provides the app for lawful development, quality assurance, map demonstrations, and other legitimate mock-location workflows. The app does not require registration or an SDMV user account.

02

Information processed

Information kept on your device

The app stores your last selected simulated latitude and longitude, onboarding state, local interface preferences, map cache, and the time of the most recently displayed interstitial ad. These values support app continuity and advertising frequency controls. Imported route geometry is used during the current app session and is not uploaded to an SDMV account or SDMV route database.

Information you submit to network features

When you search for a place, the search text is sent to the geocoding service configured on your Android device. When you import or share a Google Maps directions route, route labels or coordinates are resolved through that geocoding service and route coordinates are sent to the configured OSRM routing service to calculate road geometry. Map tile requests necessarily communicate the area of the map being viewed to the OpenStreetMap tile service.

These requests can include your IP address and standard network metadata. SDMV does not add search text, addresses, route links, route coordinates, or simulated coordinates to Firebase Analytics events.

Firebase Analytics

Firebase Analytics processes app interactions such as screen views, onboarding completion, simulation starts and stops, route-control actions, and ad delivery outcomes. It may also process app-instance identifiers, app and device information, session information, diagnostics, and approximate geography derived from an IP address. Analytics is used to understand reliability and feature usage.

Google Mobile Ads and consent

The app displays banner and interstitial ads using Google Mobile Ads. Depending on your region, settings, and consent choices, Google may process IP-derived approximate location, advertising or app-set identifiers, product interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics, attribution, and fraud prevention. Google's User Messaging Platform is used to request consent and provide privacy choices where required.

Play Integrity verification

Before mock-location service starts, the app may request a Google Play Integrity verdict. The request includes an integrity token, app package and version information, a random request identifier, a timestamp, and a request hash. Google evaluates app recognition, Play licensing, signing certificate, and device integrity. SDMV's Cloudflare Worker verifies the result and returns a short-lived authorization lease. Simulated coordinates, route content, addresses, and search text are not included in this verification.

This website

This static website does not add analytics, advertising scripts, forms, local storage, or tracking cookies. GitHub Pages and network infrastructure providers may process ordinary server request information, such as IP address and browser metadata, to deliver and secure the site.

03

App permissions and system access

Mock location
Used only after you select this app in Android Developer Options, allowing Android to receive the simulated position you control.
Display over other apps
Used to show the user-controlled floating joystick and minimap over another app.
Foreground service
Keeps an active simulation responsive and visible through an ongoing system notification.
Internet and network state
Loads map tiles, resolves searches and route stops, calculates route geometry, serves ads, reports analytics, and performs integrity verification.

The app does not request physical-device location, background location, contacts, camera, microphone, phone, SMS, or shared-storage access.

04

Service providers and disclosure

SDMV does not sell your personal information. Information is processed by service providers only to deliver app functions, advertising, analytics, security, or website hosting:

Each provider processes data under its own terms and retention practices. The providers used by a particular Android device can vary by device manufacturer, operating-system configuration, and region.

05

Retention and deletion

Local settings and the last selected simulated coordinate remain on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. Cached map tiles are managed by the app and Android storage controls. Active route data is discarded when it is cleared or when the app process ends.

The integrity authorization lease expires within 30 minutes. The SDMV integrity Worker does not use a user-account database or persist route and location content. Third-party providers retain information according to their own policies.

Delete local app data

Open Android Settings, choose Apps, select Fake GPS - Inertia Joystick, then choose Storage and Clear storage. Uninstalling the app also removes its local app data.

06

Your choices and controls

  • Use the in-app privacy menu to review this policy and open Google's privacy choices when available.
  • Change or withdraw advertising consent through the privacy choices form where required.
  • Reset or delete your Android advertising ID through Android privacy settings.
  • Avoid search and route-import features if you do not want search terms or route stops sent to network providers.
  • Revoke display-over-other-apps access at any time in Android Settings.
  • Stop simulation from the app, overlay, or Android foreground-service controls.
  • Clear local app storage or uninstall the app to remove locally retained data.

Because SDMV does not provide accounts or maintain a database of user routes, there is no SDMV account record to delete. For privacy questions or requests concerning SDMV-controlled information, contact us using the address below.

07

Security

Network requests use encrypted HTTPS connections where supported. Release builds use Google Play signing, code shrinking and obfuscation, local tamper checks, and server-verified Play Integrity authorization. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection, but SDMV limits the information it controls and does not operate a remote route-history database.

08

Children

The app is intended for developers, testers, and general users who understand Android mock-location controls. It is not directed to children under 13, and SDMV does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

09

Changes to this policy

SDMV may update this policy when app features, service providers, legal requirements, or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when an update is published. Material changes will be communicated in the app or store listing when appropriate.
